In addition to selling iSeries/pSeries
products and performing major upgrades, we also provide daily support,
performance modeling, operations support, CL programming/shell scripting,
networking, and intranets.
Our hourly support rates are reasonable and you will
find that our company structure has no time for jumping through hoops
-- let’s just get the job done. We encourage customers to contact
us for directional assistance and for “easy” questions.
We do not charge a customer for assistance less than 10 minutes in length
because we realize the value of getting started on the correct path.
